FUE CT builds on established FUE hair transplantation techniques such as Sapphire FUE and DHI. Through refined extraction and strategic graft placement, we aim to make optimal use of the available hair follicles while preserving the essential cell structures surrounding the follicular sheaths.
This allows natural multi-hair grafts to be harvested with minimal transection and placed strategically for greater visual density, a natural hairline and responsible preservation of the donor area.

Why did we develop FUE CT method?
An important reason for the development of FUE CT is the need for better solutions for complex hair transplants, large treatment areas, limited donor capacity, and failed or less successful hair transplants.
For clients who wish to achieve greater visual density in a single treatment where possible, FUE CT offers a personalised and medically responsible treatment protocol. This focuses on a natural hairline, strategic graft distribution, responsible donor management, and graft quality.
Is the FUE CT treatment painful?
The FUE CT treatment is performed under local anaesthetic. Amsterdam Hair Institute uses a meticulous anaesthetic protocol. The injection itself may cause brief sensitivity, but once it has taken effect, most clients experience the treatment as virtually painless and well-tolerated.
What does the aftercare look like following an FUE CT hair transplant?
After an FUE CT hair transplant, the aftercare consists of a thorough follow-up process until the final result is achieved. You will have a total of 7 check-ups, including 4 in-person check-ups at the clinic and 3 online check-ups.
In addition, 3 proprietary CTS treatments are applied, in combination with PRP treatment. This aftercare is aimed at supporting scalp condition, microcirculation, recovery, donor site condition, and the development of the transplanted hairs.
Is an FUE CT hair transplant safe?
A FUE CT hair transplant is carried out according to a personal and medically responsible treatment protocol. Beforehand we assess your health, skin condition, donor capacity, hair quality and the feasibility of the desired result.
Pharmaceutical hair growth products and 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors are not part of our standard protocol. Instead we work with our own naturally based aftercare treatments, aimed at supporting scalp condition and recovery.
Does the CT in FUE CT mean a CT scan?
No, the CT in FUE CT does not stand for CT scan. CT stands for Circulation Treatment and refers to supporting blood circulation, scalp condition and the recovery environment around the hair follicles.
Within the FUE CT method this is achieved through careful extraction, controlled graft handling and targeted aftercare, including CTS treatments to support microcirculation, recovery and hair growth.
Can another clinic also perform an FUE CT hair transplant?
No, the FUE CT method is a proprietary and registered treatment method of Amsterdam Hair Institute. This method is exclusively applied within Amsterdam Hair Institute and its sister company Hairworld Istanbul.
Because the method is built on years of practical experience and internal protocols, FUE CT is not a standalone technique that can be easily adopted or copied. Only treatments carried out according to the FUE CT protocol within Amsterdam Hair Institute or Hairworld Istanbul may be referred to as FUE CT hair transplantation.
May every clinic use the name FUE CT?
No. FUE CT is a proprietary and registered treatment method of Amsterdam Hair Institute. The method is applied exclusively within Amsterdam Hair Institute and its sister company Hairworld Istanbul.
Only treatments carried out within these organisations according to the original FUE CT protocol may be described as an FUE CT hair transplant.
Unauthorised use of the FUE CT name may constitute trade mark infringement and may mislead clients, particularly where the impression is given that a treatment is performed according to the same protocols, methods or quality standards. In such cases Amsterdam Hair Institute may take legal action, including proceedings for trade mark infringement and misleading advertising.
Can FUE CT help with a failed hair transplant or hairline correction?
Yes, the FUE CT method can be suitable for clients seeking a solution after a failed or less successful hair transplant.
Amsterdam Hair Institute works with specific FUE CT recovery operation protocols. When there are still sufficient usable donor hairs present, the chance of visible improvement can be greater.
Through personalised graft distribution, responsible donor management, and experience with complex corrective treatments, FUE CT can offer more possibilities than a standard approach in suitable situations. The aim is a more natural, calmer, and balanced result.
