Complaints procedure

Amsterdam Hair Institute stands for quality, transparency and extremely good care. It is important to us that our clients are satisfied and we work hard every day to ensure these core values from your first contact until after the final result is achieved.

Despite all our attention and efforts, it may happen that you are not satisfied with something. In that case, you can submit a complaint by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Amsterdam Hair Institute will treat your complaint strictly confidential and seriously. When you file a complaint, you give us the opportunity to engage in a joint discussion. We will make every effort to find the most appropriate solution. Also in case of complaints, we are 100% there for you.

Complaints Committee

If, for whatever reason, you cannot come to an agreement with us, you are free to submit your complaint to our external independent complaints officer or the independent complaints committee.
